See upcoming meetings, priority email, and open tasks together. Open a meeting briefing or reply draft, with the assistant alongside.
Read an email and its summary, edit EVE’s draft, and approve the reviewed reply for delivery through connected Gmail.
Set a task’s priority and due date, then link it to a project and, when useful, a milestone. Mark it complete when the work is done.

Bring your inbox, schedule, and project tasks together. Prepare for a meeting, review a reply, or turn a goal into milestones and the tasks behind them.
Keep client follow-ups, business documents, project deadlines, and ongoing goals in view. Use responsibilities for scheduled check-ins and review each proposed action.
Early accessOpen a meeting’s time, attendees, and related email threads together. Schedule or edit an event with Calendar permission, and review the invitation details before sending.
Set a deadline and milestones, then add or link tasks. Progress follows completed tasks, with overdue work and the next action visible in the project.
Set a goal, success criteria, and a check-in schedule. Read progress updates, review proposed actions, and pause when needed. You can also request check-ins when mail arrives or tasks change.
Check-ins and action reviewSave contact details, roles, and follow-up notes. Add supporting documents so EVE can refer to their extracted text while you keep access to the original files.
Type in Chat or use optional voice, then return to saved conversations. Voice requires microphone permission and a configured service.
Google is optional. Initial consent lets EVE read Gmail, send approved replies, and read Calendar events. Scheduling or editing events asks for additional Calendar permission in a separate consent flow.
Optional app connections and website missions depend on configured providers and your permissions. Website actions show their concrete details for approval.
