This website
The interactive examples run in your browser with fictional data. They do not connect accounts, request device permissions, send mail, or collect sign-ups. Fonts and assets load from this site. There are no analytics or tracking cookies. Your motion preference stays in the current browser tab. Sample edits reset on reload. Inquiry links open your email app, where you choose what to send.
Information you share with EVE
The product uses your account, profile, goals, preferences, conversations, tasks, projects, and chosen context to provide EVE. Uploaded documents can add original files and readable text as workspace sources. Your starting profile does not require a complete personal history.
Memory and personalization
Your saved profile and remembered facts can inform later conversations. Review them in Settings, where memories show their category and source. Correct or forget a fact there; its wording may remain in conversations or other records with separate controls.
Connected accounts
Google is optional. Initial consent lets EVE read Gmail, send approved replies, and read Calendar events. Scheduling or editing events asks for additional Calendar permission through a separate consent flow. Other connected apps and website services have their own permissions and processing practices. Disconnect services in EVE or revoke Google access through your Google account.
Cloud and AI processing
EVE stores account and workspace data in a cloud backend. Relevant requests and context may be sent to configured AI services for responses and suggestions, including conversation text, profile details, memories, emails, meetings, and document text. Processing is not exclusively on your device.
Optional voice
Optional voice requires microphone permission and a configured voice service, which processes audio for responses and transcription. EVE does not save raw microphone recordings. When saved history is available, text transcripts can be kept in conversation history, continued in Chat, or deleted with their own controls.
Export, retention, and deletion
Export review lets you inspect account data and choose whether to include original documents. You can set age limits for inactive text chats and finished action details; expiration is off until you enable it. Voice history, queued or running actions, unconfirmed outcomes, records still needed for review, and unsupported older records stay outside those rules. Saved memories, tasks, projects, and documents have separate controls. Small records that prevent an action from running twice remain until account deletion. Deletion may stay pending while provider cleanup finishes. Provider retention, backups, and offline data are handled separately.
Before public release
This page describes the development preview. The operator identity, privacy contact, and final legal policy must be completed before public access to the service.
